Opening Ceremony of UPP Northern Region Headquarters

12.11.2014--United Peoples’ Party (UPP) Northern Region headquarters today held an opening ceremony and there were hundreds present to witness the event.

The UPP Northern Region comprises branches in Piasau, Pujut, Senadin and Bekenu.

UPP Piasau pro tem chairman Dato Hii King Chiong officiated the opening ceremony. Also present were UPP Pujut pro tem chairman councillor Bruce Chai, UPP Senadin pro tem chairman councillor Keith Chin, UPP Bekenu pro tem chairman Kapitan Haw Min Wai and political secretary to the chief minister Suzanne Lee Tze Ha.

The objective of UPP is to serve the people wholeheartedly, understand the needs of the people, channel the people’s demands to the government, provide good services and help the people in need. Hii welcomes all who wish to serve the people to join UPP.

UPP Miri headquarters is situated at Lot 1133, 1st Floor, Jalan Sri Dagang, Miri Waterfront Commercial Centre. The administrative office hours is 8:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-4:30pm (Monday to Friday), and 8:30am-12:30pm (Saturday).
