Christmas Visit

25.12.12 - Mr Hii King Chiong and Datuk Lee Kim Shin fulfill the festive holiday today by visiting Christian friends to wish them a Merry Christmas greeting.

Salena Pail, a Borneo Post reporter became the first house they visited and their arrival at her house in Taman Tunku were greeted by members of Salena's close family and friends.

After enjoying the Salena's delicious local foods, from Taman Tunku the entourage later drove down to Medical Road where Mr Hii and his joyful team visited Miri District Officer, Mr Boniface Intang Apat. Here the entourage team up with Miri City Council Mayor, Cr Lawrance Lai and his group.

The entourage exchange greeting and shared the wonderful moments by having a group photo with family and close friends of the District Officers.

Later, Mr Hii King Chiong accompanied Datuk Lee Kim Shin who is also the Assistant Minister Of Infrastructure Development & Communication and Assistant Minister of Social Development & Sports, continued their Christmas Visit to the Political Secretary to the Chief Miniters, Cr Kijan Toybee's house in Pujut 3.

Here, the invited guests were a given a surprise when they were requested to perform the Orang Ulu traditional dance, the Ngajat. Datuk Lee and Mr Hii were later given a big applause after performing the Ngajat together with Cr Kijan.

Next on their list were George Francis, a journalist with the local media and Mr Richard Wil Uban, another Political Secretary to the Chief Minister houses were also included in their list before Mr Hii ends up his Christmas greeting visits of the day.

Datuk Lee later continued his journey to Permyjaya and Tudan areas where his strong supporters were waiting to greet his arrival.

Also included in the Datuk Lee and Mr Hii entourage were Cr Lawrance Kong, PBB Piasau, Pujut and Senadin Branch Women Chief, Cr Hjh Khadijah Hj.Muip, Cr Hjh Lela Mohamad and Puan Nilawati Simat, respectively, Mr Hii's close associates and members of Hii King Chiong Service Centre.
